Terms of Service

Welcome to FeetRanker ("FeetRanker", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FeetRanker website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading content, voting, tipping, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We require date-of-birth verification at sign-up and may, at our sole discretion, require additional identity verification (including government-issued ID) before enabling monetisation features. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated and any pending payouts forfeited.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not impersonate another person, sell or transfer your account, or operate more than one account without our express permission.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, comments, and other materials you upload ("User Content"). You grant FeetRanker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and promote your User Content solely in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the User Content, except to the extent it has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

You represent and warrant that, for every piece of User Content you upload, you:

are the sole creator, or have obtained all necessary rights and written consents from every identifiable person depicted;
are over 18 and every person depicted is over 18 at the time of capture; and
have the right to grant the licence in this section.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not upload, transmit, or solicit content that:

depicts or sexualises minors in any form (zero tolerance — immediate ban and reporting to authorities including NCMEC);
depicts non-consensual acts, sexual violence, bestiality, incest, or any illegal activity;
was created or shared without the informed, documented consent of every person depicted;
contains personal contact information of any third party, doxxing, or threats;
violates intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
promotes hate, harassment, self-harm, or terrorism; or
uses automated tools, scrapers, or bots to manipulate ratings, votes, follows, or any other metric.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Ratings, Votes, and Battles

Ratings, battle votes, and follower counts are user-generated signals and do not constitute professional assessments. We do not guarantee that scores reflect any objective measure of quality. Manipulation — including coordinated voting, vote selling, or use of multiple accounts — is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Creator Payments, Tips & Subscriptions

Creators may receive tips and subscriptions from other users through our payment processor. By accepting payments you agree that:

FeetRanker retains a service fee disclosed in your creator dashboard; remaining amounts are paid out to your verified payout account on a schedule disclosed at sign-up;
you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income, sales, VAT, or other taxes in your jurisdiction;
chargebacks, refunds, and fraud-related reversals will be deducted from your balance and may result in negative balances that you agree to repay;
you must comply with our payment processor's acceptable-use policy in addition to these Terms; and
we may withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, or legal process.

Tips and subscription fees paid by users are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion in cases of fraud or platform error.

7. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

FeetRanker respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material (with URL);
your contact information;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices to dmca@feetranker.com. We will remove or disable access to material in accordance with the DMCA and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address.

8. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

We will remove any image of you that you did not consent to be uploaded. To request urgent removal, email trust@feetranker.com with the URL(s) and a brief description; you do not need to be a registered user.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeetRanker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) US $100.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions) administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or account-security matters.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
